**It is now mandatory for both drivers and passengers to wear a face covering throughout the journey unless either is exempt. **

 

Since the outbreak MCO Prestige have made several precautions to help avoid and contain the coronavirus (COVID-19).

 

Action Taken:

• Drivers clean in and around the vehicle completely before and after any passenger has sat in before collecting their next passenger.

• Drivers and staff clean/sanitize their hands regularly as advised by Public Health England and the NHS.

• Contactless payments where possible

• Maintain social distancing where possible

• Vehicles cleaned regularly, internally and externally

• PPE available for passengers upon request

 

Advice:

• Maintain social distancing where possible

• Wash your hands more regularly with hot water and soap for at least 20 seconds

• Reduce the amount of contact you have with others

• Always wash your hands when you move location and before you eat

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth

• Cover your mouth/nose with a tissue if you cough/sneeze (Dispose of tissues in a bin immediately)

• Try to avoid people that are feeling unwell

 

MCO will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates to all staff, drivers and clients with any new updates as time goes on.
